This quirky item would be a great gift for a cat lover. It is made of thick steel wire, powder coated black. Originally, the circle in the middle held a battery clock. It could be easily refurbished with a clock kit (available at any craft store), or turned into a planter, a picture frame, a birdhouse, a candle holder, or whatever. Overall dimensions are 8.5" X 13".
