"Help!  I've fallen and I can't get up!"

The PERS-2400 (which stands for Personal Emergency Reporting System) connects to your home telephone line and automatically places a call for help whenever you need assistance, any time of the day or night.  Family, neighbors, and medical personnel  whom you predesignate are notified immediately, so they can respond.

The means to activate the system couldn’t be simpler or more reliable. You keep a wireless transmitter with you at all times.  In the event of an at-home emergency–any emergency–you press the alarm button, which functions like a TV remote control, to signal the console to automatically call the Emergency Monitoring Center, staffed by trained professionals 24 hours a day.  When these operators receive your call, they notify the key people whom you preselected to respond in specific situations: family members, neighbors, friends, or appropriate rescue personnel.
