3-Course Vegan Cooking Lesson

Learn to cook a 3-course vegan lunch with cook-extraordinaire and PS29 parent Lotta Walquist in her home, then eat it together. We will talk food, vegetables, how to make a complete meal with only veggies, how to play with colors and textures, how to use fun tools to easily create variety. There will be lots of tasting and hands on prepping.
