Our long-loved youth program focuses on building the strength, skills and confidence that your child needs to get the most out of every day. From 3-year-olds developing motor skills to 12 year-olds preparing for sports, Everyday Athlete keeps classes challenging, engaging and fun. All classes are designed to build and refine age-appropriate skills such as: Social Skills, Creativity, Confidence, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Focus, Quickness, Speed, Strength and Determination.
