The 2007 Melange Noir is dark purple and has aromas of cedar, blackberry, prune and pepper and displays flavors of blackberry, cherry and chocolate with a mild pepper finish. The wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese and Tempranillo. (This is a 3 liter bottle, equivalent to four 750ml bottles.)
