Description

Limited edition (46 of 50) print by artist, Morgan Wilcox of a watercolor map of the state of Oklahoma. It depicts specific landmarks including the International Paper Containerboard Mill in Valliant, OK. 


Morgan grew up in Idabel, OK. She attended and graduated cum laude from Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, CT.  Her goal is to attend graduate school and gain a master’s degree in painting conservation.


Currently, Morgan resides in Westerly, RI. Her day to day work experiences include working under independent art conservators, Sarah Dove, a private papers conservator who has worked at various institutions including Yale University and the Cooper-Hewitt Museum and Christopher Augerson, who has worked on the collection of the Coach Museum of the Château of Versailles. These internships are a part of Morgan’s efforts to broaden her ever-growing knowledge and skills in restoring and conserving valuable paintings, documents, etc. Additionally, she continues to paint and has received many awards for her works in competitions in the New England area.
