Bank Street Summer Camp is the premier progressive day camp in Manhattan for children 4-14. As a co-ed, child-centered, nurturing community, we pay special attention to the personal growth of each child, by emphasizing process rather than product, making the camp an emotionally and physically safe environment for hands-on learning, discovery and fun.

While many campers go to the school during the year, most are from other schools in the New York City area. Our staff is made up of graduate students from the Graduate School, alumni from the School for Children and various professionals within their fields.
