This certificate is good for 1 hour of personal training at a private gym studio in Thousand Oaks owned by Lynn Goldfield. The session will focus on teaching you specific exercises designed for your own personal fitness goals so that you can continue on at the gym or on your own.
Lynn has been a personal trainer for over 9 years and has seen many men and women completely transform their bodies when they gain the knowledge of core conditioning and weight training. This is the first step for a new YOU!
