Each Little Gate class was given an autographed copy of Cornell Landry's newest book, The Amazing Adventure of Mardi Gras Bead Dog.  After  the teachers read the story, the children used the book as an inspiration to create their very own Bead Dog. The children collaborated as a class to choose a theme for their dog, what types of materials to use to decorate their dog and some even chose to give their dog a name!!
