The Cervizzi’s Self Defense System is a realistic, powerful, and street worthy program that can be learned by anyone. The system prides itself on using circular movements to subdue the opponent. The size and strength of the student is immaterial as one is trained in using the opponent’s power and weight to his/her own advantage. The student will learn explosive kicking, punching, and blocking combinations as well as beautiful and artistic routines called “Katas”. The self-defense system focuses on using all parts of the body to protect oneself, unlike other art forms that may rely solely on the hands or feet. The student will be taught to avoid conflict rather than confront it. It takes a wiser, more confident individual to walk away from situations.
