Special Instructions
- Redeemable for any four segments on go! Jet Service (a segment is defined as a take-off and landing)
- Redeem certificate through go! reservations center
- Reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to date of travel
- Award certificate must be received by the go! corporate sales office 7 days prior to travel
- Only original award letters are accepted for award travel
- Reservation will be processed as an e-ticket
- Award certificate has no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen
- Award travel does not qualify for go! Miles rewards or denied boarding compensation
- Taxes and fees are not included
- All fare and travel restrictions apply
