Ruby Tuesday Hawaii is locally owned and operated by Rick Nakashima and Ted Davenport. They have steadily grown the franchise since opening their first location in February 2004.  Ruby Tuesday Hawaii will be opening its 6th restaurant in Hawaii at Kapolei Commons in the Spring of 2013. The Ruby Tuesday Hawaii's Kapolei location is the latest to open following Kihei, Maui which opened in January of this year. Ruby Tuesday Hawaii also owns and operates locations in Ala Moana, Windward Mall, Mililani and Moanalua Center.

Nakashima and Davenport have made it their goal to bring the very best meals at the best possible value.
