- Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights
- Winning bidder is responsible for any additional fees per person, per flight, which include but are not limited to taxes, change fees, and inflight service
- Certain blackout dates may apply
- Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for value
- Not eligible for JetBlue's denied boarding compensation
- Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points
- If lost, certificate will not be replaced
- Reservations must be made by calling the JetBlue reservations line and cannot be redeemed at a JetBlue service counter
- Winning bidder will be required to complete/email JetBlue's Certificate Acknowledgement form
