The Premier 1K Travel Services include:

• Premier Priority Lines: Each Premier level has its own Premier Priority Line for MileagePlus account information and flight reservations. The Premier Priority Line number is listed on the back of the membership card. Premier Priority Lines will be connected to a Premier Priority Desk with customer service representatives specially trained to answer questions pertaining to our Premier travelers.
  
  


• Premier Check-in: Premier members receive priority check-in when they show their Premier membership card at the PremierAccess check-in counter.
  
  


• PremierAccess Security Screening: Where available, Premier members may access the priority lane at security.
  
  


• PremierAccess Boarding Privileges: Premier members are among the first to board and may use the PremierAccess lane to board immediately any time after the pre-boarding announcement.
  
  


• PremierAccess Baggage Handling: PremierAccess tags will be placed on all Premier members' luggage when they check-in to ensure their baggage is among the first delivered to baggage claim.
  
  


• Star Alliance Premier Benefits: MileagePlus Premier members are recognized around the world with special Star Alliance Premier benefits.


• Star Alliance Lounge Access: Premier 1K members are welcome to visit eligible Clubrooms and Star Alliance lounges worldwide.
  
  


• Premier members may ask for "Premier" seating, a window or aisle seat in the front of the Economy cabin, when they confirm their travel. Premier seating is awarded on a first-come, first served basis.
  
  


• Service Recovery Assistance: Premier members may call their Premier Priority Line to confirm and verify alternative re-accommodation when their travel plans are interrupted by a delay, cancellation or flight diversion. In some cases, the ticket agent may be required to endorse the Premier member's ticket before beginning their next flight. (Available on flights operated by United Airlines only.)
