The Sony Ericsson Open Package on March 20, 2013 or March 21, 2013 in Miami which includes: PLAYER COIN TOSS The package is for two persons. IMG sends the guest via fedex a valet pass for the particular session. IMG calls the guest day of the event to have an estimated time of arrival. Guest enters the south gate with Valet parking pass for the session. Guest is greeted by valet team and directed to the credential office Special Access credential (different color) which includes photograph. Credential office informs Sponsors team of arrival of the guest. The guests are given a behind the scenes tour of Stadium by Sponsor team Lunch or dinner in Collectors Club. Each guest will be given a $50 to spend within the Club. The guests are escorted via the inner corridor to the northeast entrance (VIP entrance) on to Stadium court. They will hold until IMG staff member is instructed to escort them to the net. Stadium Announcer announces them as part of, Priceless Special Access etc. Photographs taken and guests are escorted off the court via the north east entrance and to their box seats for the rest of the session.

Policies: no child under the age of 10 on their own, no flags, autographs etc.
