In celebration of Paris, Pastry Chef and Nueva alum Maya Erickson will teach a private french macaroon class for six (6) people at James Beard nominated restaurant AQ in San Francisco. In this class you will learn how to pipe out the colorful shells and fill them with ganaches, jams, and butter creams.
