Prior to forming Fork & Spoon, Jennifer spent fifteen years honing her skills at nationally acclaimed restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck's Postrio and Spago, Hawthorne Lane, and Iron Horse Winery. After starting her career as a stylist at several nationally acclaimed design and food publications, Jennifer trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Jonathan studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and his resume includes some of the West Coast's best restaurants, including Postrio, Spago, Chinois, and Jardiniere.
