Join Jennifer Spiegel and her husband, Jonathan Beil, of Fork and Spoon Productions for a cooking class in their San Francisco professional kitchen in the Dogpatch, followed by a fabulous chef's dinner for twelve. The theme can be Parisian or other you decide! Fork and Spoon is a catering and events company specializing in uniquely modern, elegant, and creative event planning. Prior to forming Fork & Spoon, Jennifer spent fifteen years honing her skills at nationally acclaimed restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck's Postrio and Spago, Hawthorne Lane, and Iron Horse Winery. After starting her career as a stylist at several nationally acclaimed design and food publications, Jennifer trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Jonathan studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and his resume includes some of the West Coast's best restaurants, including Postrio, Spago, Chinois, and Jardiniere.
