Item Number: 8006
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Welcome to the famous literary and artistic salon at 27 rue de Fleures, Paris, circa 1920s! Spend a magical evening in a Paris literary salon drinking cocktails and eating rustic French food while mingling with famous guests from the past, who may include T. S. Eliot, reading from a draft of The Waste Land, James Joyce, Pablo Picasso, French Tenor Louis Cazette, or even Cole Porter at the piano. Guests will be asked to come dressed as a period character (Zelda or Scott Fitzgerald? Hemingway? Gertrude Stein?) and ready for enlightened conversation, poetry, art, and music. There will be cocktails (French 75 anyone?) and hors d'oeuvres, a homemade rustic French dinner and French wines. Date either June 8 or June 15, 2013 (both Saturdays). This is a Count-Me-In event. $300 per person. 8 spots available online. Adults only.
