Description
You and up to three friends can discover scuba diving at the Splash Dive Center in Alexandria. Check out scuba before your next tropical vacation! Instruction and all equipment for a private PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) Discover Scuba Diving experience is included. Program takes about 1.5 hours at the pool, and consists of a short poolside briefing, entering water to don equipment with brief review of basic scuba skills, followed by underwater fun and games and lots of breathing underwater.

Schedule session prior to December 31, 2013.
Medical statement and liability releases required for participation. Session may be held at private pool supplied by winning bidder, or using the Splash Dive Center pool-time, currently every other weekend at George Washington Rec Center off Old Mt. Vernon Road in Alexandria. Minimum age for participation is 10. This is not a scuba certification class, but this scuba experience will introduce some of the basic concepts and skills from a beginning open water certification class.
