The most effective ways to get in shape involve doing things your body was meant to do, and doing it in a way that’s actually fun. And by fun, they mean it’ll be hard work, and you’ll get sweaty. But it will be fun. Their innovated classes include Urban Fit, Parkour, Aerial Acrobatics, Break Dancing, and Ninjiitsu. Lots of classes for the young and young at heart! They also do Birthday parties!
Locations are in Alexandria and Manassas.

Urban Evolution's 10 Visit Punchcard gives one person full membership access to the gym and all available classes for 10 days of their choosing.
