At Writopia, your kids enjoy individual attention, fun writing games, loungy couches and laptops, and, best of all, completing a wonderful original story with the help of a published author!

Writopia Lab's half-day camps meet every week of the summer, June 10-August 30. Workshops are offered either in the morning (9:30-12:30) or afternoon (1:30-4:30) at all of our Greater Washington locations. Within these three-hour writing intensives, 3-6 young writers will work with a published author on their original pieces. Campers choose to focus on either fiction, memoir, poetry, scripts, or journalism.
