Casa Riomar is located in the village of Pavones on the South West tip of Costa Rica. The Magic of Riomar is that you have your own private access way to the beach and surf break! Its location makes it the first part of Costa Rica's Pacific coast that sees swells that come from South America.

There is a full service kitchen, air conditioning, Internet access, floor safe for valuables, large outdoor patio and an outdoor shower with hot water that are all constructed with western standards in mind. Riomar has it's own laundry facilities and a large private surfboard locker to keep your equipment cozy.

The villa is nestled at the foot or the rio claro, a pristine river that flows year round into the ocean nearby. Riomar is surrounded by lush tropical trees and flowers that host an abundance of wild animals (don't worry, they won't bite). You will bring in each new day with a symphony of birds singing in the garden for you. Some animals you are bound to see in the Riomar garden are iguanas, garobos, macaws, monkeys, parrots, toucans, egrets, sea eagles and if you have a sharp eye at night, kinkajous!

The house sleeps up to six people comfortably.
