St Ignatius parents, Bob and Lisa Carey, formed Brandon Natural Beef, to sell and distribute outstanding tasting 100% grass fed beef.  We work only with small ranchers who raise cattle in a humane and healthful manner.  Our rancher, Elin Ganschow, ,is a fourth generation rancher who has been raising grass fed beef for over 10 years. Music Meadows ranch is located in the Wet Mountain Valley of Colorado.  The valley produces some of the best beef in the world because the cattle graze in the shadow of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on rich meadow grasses and drink water from mountain melt water. Our cattle forage only on grass- no industrial feedlots and no corn or grain. They were never fed growth hormones or antibiotics.
