Each chocolate butler is handcrafted in 100% pure Spanish dark and white chocolate by students in the St. Louis Community College at Forest Park Baking and Pastry Arts degree program. Each completely edible butler stands approximately 12” tall, and weighs approximately 2 ½ pounds. The butler will last on display for 6 months (if you can wait that long without eating him!) in a cool, indoor environment, away from direct sunlight. Do not feed the butler after midnight. Each butler will come with two dozen handcrafted chocolate candies to display on the butler’s tray, and around the base of the showpiece.

Butlers will need to be picked up in person at the Hospitality Studies office at the Forest Park campus, office H-212, from 8am-4pm weekdays, before May 10, 2013. As temperatures begin to rise, it is recommended you transport the butler cautiously to its final display place (i.e. your home) immediately upon picking up the butler. No refunds are available for damage caused after the butler is picked up.
