Description
We teach effective, street proven self-defense skills to men women and children. We balance student safety with learning what is effective in dealing with physical assaults. In our Freestyle Martial Arts classes kids learn punching & kicking as well as grappling. Additionally, kids practice discipline, manners, respect, concentration and self-defense while enjoying fun, goal-oriented exercise. Classes meet 2-3 times per week. One month of kids martial arts lessons, ages 6-12.
