This class was designed as a first step in developing the motor skills and self control necessary to engage in our traditional martial arts ranking program. 

Certificate includes two-30 minute classes per week for one month - Classes emphasize self control, teamwork, fitness, coordination, accuracy, balance and fun. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 3-3:30.

Participants get a cool t shirt!
