Our traditional martial arts class includes training in self defense, fitness, and self mastery.  Effort, ettiquete, sincerity, self control, and character are the backbones of our system.  Great for kids and adults.

This includes 2 private lessons, 2 weeks of group classes, uniform, belt, patch and manual.
