Sip some wine and learn to cook a menu of delectable Indian delights! Not only will you become privy to some coveted family kitchen secrets, you’ll also enjoy the fruits of your labor. Menu includes a chicken curry, vegetarian protein (channa or dal) and a couple of veggie sides. Bonus for those with food issues—menu is totally gluten, dairy and nut free! You will learn easy techniques that can be adapted to a variety of foods and wow your family and friends!
Your master chef is Kala Shah, mom of 3 lovingly groomed, adventurous foodie boys and spouse to one highly discriminating gourmand husband. We eat very well in our house and you will too! Opening up her lovely home is Cara Hunt, sous-chef and gracious co-hostess extraordinaire.
