Join us for this experiential class that focuses on the principles of Aikido: Being present, Centering, Grounding, Relaxation, Awareness, Alignment, Energy Flow, Connection, Coordinating with Others, Mind/Body Connection
Fridays 10:00-11:00am
Each class is like a mini vacation from the demands of daily life. Leave class feeling calm, refreshed and ready to greet your life from a better place. This class is open to all adults and does not require any particular physical ability.

Special Instructions
Pick Up Info: Gift certificates can be picked up at Apple Blossom School in Sebastopol, CA on Thursday, April 24, from 3-6pm. Alternate pick up arrangements in Sebastopol can be made by appointment on or before May 14. Contact auction administrator. Items not picked up, or had arrangements made, by May 14 will be shipped at winner’s expense (with insurance and delivery confirmation) and charged to your credit card.
Shipping Info: $1.00, plus $1.95 insurance (optional). THABEF is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Billing Info: Credit cards will automatically be billed at the close of the auction on Thursday, April 17. Please be sure your card does not expire or change during this time.
