Description
We welcome you to a guided tour of our "grain to glass" production facility in Sebastopol. Includes an hour long explanation and walk through of our distillery process, as well as a tasting of all of our available products including our Gin, Sloe Gin, and Vodka.
Tours are weekly Friday - Sunday at 4pm. Please reserve a spot in advance.
Founded by Ashby and Timo Marshall, Spirit Works Distillery is dedicated to the "grain to glass" philosophy. Each batch starts with organic California wheat, which is milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled - entirely on site at the distillery. This hands-on approach allows control of all aspects of the process, creating a premium product whose quality has been strictly monitored every step of the way.

Special Instructions
Pick Up Info: Gift certificates can be picked up at Apple Blossom School in Sebastopol, CA on Thursday, April 24, from 3-6pm. Alternate pick up arrangements in Sebastopol can be made by appointment on or before May 14. Contact auction administrator. Items not picked up, or had arrangements made, by May 14 will be shipped at winner’s expense (with insurance and delivery confirmation) and charged to your credit card.
Shipping Info: $1.00, plus $1.95 insurance (optional). THABEF is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Billing Info: Credit cards will automatically be billed at the close of the auction on Thursday, April 17. Please be sure your card does not expire or change during this time.
