You are invited to participate in a six week program that will get you started on the right path toward a stronger, leaner you.
This program consists of one Saturday class per week (6 classes total), beginning Saturday, May 4th and concluding on Saturday, June 8th. Classes will be no longer than one hour in length. Location is TBD, but will be Hopkins or Minnetonka.
Summer is coming, really, it is. How are you feeling about shedding those heavy sweatshirts and comfy pants for smaller, less forgiving summer clothes? (EEEEK! Cue the 'psycho-shower-scene-music'!)
Let's face it, it's been a LONG winter and unless you are a movie star with unlimited resources, a personal chef, dietician, and trainer, it has probably taken its toll on your body - and your self-esteem.
As a certified Group Fitness professional, my job is to keep up to date on the best exercises, the best techniques and the best combinations of cardio and weight training to help everyday people look and feel great about themselves.
Class formats include but are not limited to TABATA, HIIT and Strength Training multiple muscle groups simultaneously. These sessions are open to men and women alike; they are intense, and designed to improve your muscle endurance and cardiovascular health through aerobic and anaerobic activity.
There are options for everyone! ALL workouts can be adapted to fit individual fitness levels. Do not let FEAR hold you back!
You don't have to be GREAT to start, but you have to START in order to be great.
Prior to class, please talk to your doctor about any limitations that you may have.
All weight equipment will be provided. Bring your own water bottle, towel, exercise mat AND CAN-DO attitude.
Make-up classes will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
Dates/days/times and meeting locations are somewhat flexible.
**Would be willing to offer a Wednesday class (after school, at ISLA, 6 wks in a row, for additional $68 per person) as well, if demand is there.
