Ranked Number 19 on the Wine.com 100 of 2007, Conundrum is a "puzzling" blend (its exact composition is never revealed) of popular and esoteric white grapes including sauvignon blanc, chardonnay,  semillon, viognier and muscat. The 2005 is a "quintessential sipper offering copious amounts of ripe, silky fruit, tropical in nature, along with vanilla notes, honeysuckle and melon." 

For over 20 years, Conundrum--a boutique winery in Sonoma California--has perfected the art of blending a "conundrum" of varietals together and incorporating multiple aging processes to create a wine they describe as "multi-layered yet well-balanced, with subtlety and complexity.
