Rochelle has over 15 years experience in the hair industry. A graduate of the famed Horst Institute (now Aveda Institue) in Minneapolis, Rochelle's passion to make her clients look and feel their best propels her to make sure her clients receive special and individual care during their visit.  Rochelle has received extensive training at some of the top hair education centers in the country including Toni & Guy in New York and Dallas and Vidal Sassoon in Miami.

This item can be shipped/mailed. The shipping and handling cost is NOT included in the final bid price.
