Good for one (1) year (from day after auction date to the day of next years auction date) and cannot be transferred or shared.  When St. Francis is closed Dixie winner of private parking spot may park in the Dixie teacher/staff parking lot ONLY WHEN ST. FRANCIS IS CLOSED.  Winner will be given special decal(s) for private parking spot. Decal must be present at all times when parking in the private parking spot or in the Dixie teacher/staff parking lot.  Winner will be responsible to contact Jean Cooper, jeancooper@pacificnet.net to pick up their parking decal(s).  Winner must be willing to provide driver(s) name, model, make, color of car and license plate number to win this item.  Information provided is for security purposes between St. Francis and Dixie.
