Home includes surf boards, boogie boards, beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, everything you need to enjoy a great day at the beach! Whether you are there with the kids or for a relaxing escape, this is the perfect house for you.
Special Instructions
The home does get rented by the public so the calendar on the website can be used to determine availability. Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Colombus Day and Christmas through New Year's are all blocked out dates . A $500 refundable security deposit is required and not included in the bid prices. It will be refunded at the end of the vacation based on condition of the home. A $100 housekeeping fee is also required and not included as part of the bid price. Renters would need to call Katie Doherty to book their dates.
