We run a small, artisanal studio that specializes in giving the required attention to each individual — from elite athletes to people with special needs injuries — so that our clients reach their fullest potential.

Your instructor will get to know your physical aspirations, help you discover any muscular imbalances and reach your body’s optimal performance.

In Pilates, we offer private sessions as well as duet and trio sessions on the equipment.

Beginners are recommended to start with private sessions.  Duets and Trio sessions are for students who already understand the fundamentals of Pilates and are set up as long as everyone in the group is at the same level of experience.

We also offer group Pilates mat classes (see schedule) and GYROKINESIS® classes (see schedule), which are the group, non-equipment application to the Gyrotonic Expansion System®.
