Rosemary Pipitone will give an hour of personal instruction on the art of hand-painted photography. She uses the age-old technique of painting over black and white photographs with various oil glazes to give them a realistic, colorful look.
This technique was popular long before color photography was affordable to the general masses. Rosemary has been painting color into photographs for quite some time. Check out her website, HandPaintedPhotography.com, for samples of her work.
