Basket for maple syrup lovers features maple syrup and honey harvested and produced at The Center for Discovery.  The residents who live and work on the farms at The Center for Discovery help tap, collect and boil down the maple sap used to make our delicious Maple Syrup.  As part of the farm activities, residents and students help to package the honey collected from our numerous hives.  The Center prides itself on health and wellness of our residents, students, staff and families - with whole organic food being one of our primary recommendations.
