The house is a two-story 24x24 Post and Beam Chalet with three bedrooms

 and two full bathrooms.  


On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath.    One of these rooms has queen-size bed

 and the other has a set of bunk beds. The first floor bath has a whirlpool tub. Utility room has a full

 size clothes washer and dryer.

On the second floor there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attached full bath. 
There is a full kitchen, which includes a microwave, smooth top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, 

coffeemaker, cookware, dishes and utensils.  There is a kitchen table area.   Living area has TV, 

 DVD, VCR, Stereo, CD player and a wood stove. The second floor has air conditioning.

Off the second floor there are two sliding glass doors, which open to a 10 X 30 Deck. 

There is plenty of parking in the circular driveway and a yard to play in.

Dates to be arranged with owner. Excludes Christmas through New Years, MLK Weekend, 

February school vacation week and Memorial Day Weekend.
