One private 1-hour Pilates session on Pilates equipment. Jolette Samuelson has been teaching Pilates for ten years. She specializes in movement and biomechanic alignment of the body, using Pilates technique as well as the Franklin Method and Feldenkrais techniques. She works with a gentle style that’s good for pre- and post-natal women, baby boomers, those with injuries or pain. She also trains the more fitness oriented.
