Before opening his own Studio City restaurant in 2011, Chef Michael Young had cooked at many of L.A.'s great Italian restaurants, including Il Grano, Valentino, Drago, Piccolo and Domenico.  An American with Italian roots, Michael is a native of the San Fernando Valley.  He also worked in Parma, Italy, which is where he picked up his pasta-making skills.     

Chef Michael will create a four-course menu for the party with fresh ingredients from his local garden.  He will pair each course with a different wine from his private cellar.  Check out the sample menu from two recent food/wine pairing parties at Ombra.  Plus, Chef Michael is just a fun, friendly guy.  It will be a relaxing, delicious evening!   

Ombra is the quintessential, cozy, neighborhood restaurant with an upscale vibe.  Free parking next door at David Goodman's office.  Set amount of $79 per person, paid to Colfax, plus bring $10 cash to the event for gratuity.
