New, 100% Polyester Harness & Leash.  Black lease is 60 inches by 1/2" inch.  The black harness with red trim is made of netting and is a size small.  It has an adjustable velcro closing.  This size fits loose on my 8-10# Papillons so would fit dogs from 10-12#.
