Lovely vintage silver-tone and pearl brooch.  Has intertwined vine ropes of antiques silver-tone metal surrounding an inset oval wreath of tiny cream pearl beads.  Measures 3 1/8" long x 1.75" wide.  Very eye catching piece and in wonderful condition.
