Vintage sterling silver ring with cocktail ring design that has large center milky white opal stone with 10 clear synthetic diamonds circling it and 9 synthetic amethyst stones surrounding them. All the stones are set in prominent silver prongs. Measures .75" long x 5/8" wide. Top of sides of ring have open X or diamond pattern. Size 7, best guess. Has 925 imprinted on inside. Very nice piece.
