Nicole Gakidis is an executive search consultant with a successful track record in identifying and selecting highly qualified candidates for healthcare, education, human services, social justice, and arts and cultural nonprofits. As a former corporate communications executive, Nicole offers her clients the added experience of having built organizational infrastructure with an eye toward advancing mission, and working closely with senior executives in the area of change management and organizational development.

Before launching an executive search practice in 2000, Nicole served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She has held management positions in marketing, public affairs, and development at Boston’s Beth Israel, Brigham and Women’s, and Brockton hospitals, and the Vermont State Department of Education.
