Description
Burgers and ice cream? Tofu, tater tots and tabouli? What kind of menu will your child plan?
Do you have a budding chef at home? Does your child wish that he or she could plan the meals? If so, then this is your child's chance to shine. As "Chef for a Day" your child will help Chef Chris Tighe plan the lunch menu for a day, then help to prepare the food that he or she has chosen on the day it is to be served.
The "Chef for a Day" gets to don a chef's hat and apron, work in the kitchen, tour the walk-in refrigerator and storage areas, and receive a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the planning, ordering and preparation involved in running Brookwood's kitchen on a day-to-day basis. AVAILABLE TO A CURRENT BROOKWOOD FAMILY ONLY

Winners may pick up their item(s) and/or certificate(s) in the upstairs PA Office during the week of April 29 - May 3. Please stop by during the following hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8:15-8:45 a.m.
- Mon - Thurs: 3:45-4:15 p.m.; Fri: 2:15-2:45 p.m.
