Want to impress your family with your culinary skills?  Learn how to make two main courses and a selection of sides from two of the best amateur chefs at Brookwood - Sebastian Carpenter and Ralph Vitale.  



After observing and learning the tricks of the trade at this event, you'll understand one of the many reasons that Elisabeth and Valerie married these guys: 'cause they can seriously cook!  



Included in this experience will be wine which Chief Wine Connoisseur, Ralph, and Chief Wine Appreciator, Sebastian, will select for you.  Beer fresh from the Carpenters' keg-erator will also be available.  Although Elisabeth and Valerie won't be present for the dinner itself, they will make some luscious desserts to ensure the perfect ending to the perfect meal.

 

This was such great fun last year, it is back by popular demand! No heavy pan rattling required - you are welcome to sit back, relax, observe and enjoy a great meal!

Location: At the Vitales' home in Boxford
Date: Mutually convenient date to be determined, but ideally before Sept 30th 2014.


Winners may pick up their item(s) and/or certificate(s) in the upstairs PA Office during the week of April 29 - May 3. Please stop by during the following hours:



  • Mon - Fri: 8:15-8:45 a.m.

  • Mon - Thurs: 3:45-4:15 p.m.; Fri: 2:15-2:45 p.m.
