Let the top chefs on campus deliver some of their legendary favorites to you over the next year!
An epicurian's dream - Brookwood's “Year of Distinctive Dining”. Perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and not to be missed! If you are bored with your recipe repertoire, then this is for you. You will receive a year's worth of good eats ranging from sweet to savory - including many family favorites.
Each month will bring a new dish from this legion of legendary Brookwood cooks. Moroccan Chicken (or perhaps Boeuf Bourguignon) and Mrs. Field’s cookies from Cathy Marrero, carrot cake from Patti Gillis, Buffalo Chicken Mac’n Cheese from Susan Gilardi, prize-winning fresh tomato sauce from Evan Diamond (ingredients sourced from his own garden), a Colorado-harvested elk entrée from Rick Chute, oysters from Carrie Woodruff, Indonesian Curry from Nancy Evans, Lasagne from Jane Pirie, “Katy Diner Peach Cobbler” from Tom Murphy, and a few other specials cooked up by famed kitchen gurus Jen Hodgdon, Moira Smith, and Samantha Johansen.

Special Instructions
Delivery schedule to be mutually agreed upon by winning bidder and chef(s). Chefs reserve the right to amend their offering if seasonal ingredients are not available. Please see "Top Chef" Cathy Marrero for complete calendar details.
Winners may pick up their item(s) and/or certificate(s) in the upstairs PA Office during the week of April 29 - May 3. Please stop by during the following hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8:15-8:45 a.m.
- Mon - Thurs: 3:45-4:15 p.m.; Fri: 2:15-2:45 p.m.
