Each Fairmont Certificate is valid for a one night stay in a standard guestroom type. Applicable room taxes & full breakfast for two in the hotel's all day dining restaurant are included at no additional cost. Restaurant related buffets, alcohol, taxes and gratuities are not included. Multiple Fairmont Certificates will be provided as indicated by the number of nights listed on auction. Certificates may be combined for one use or used for separate reservations at guest’s discretion. Optional guestroom upgrades & suites will be made available during initial processing at additional cost. Guests must present and submit their Fairmont Certificates upon check-in. Fairmont Certificates recipients will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card and provide the Fairmont certificate number at time of reservation. Fairmont Certificates do not expire. Fairmont Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Fairmont Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Fairmont Certificates are redeemable based upon last room availability in the room category purchased, except at The Plaza, New York, where there is limited availability. Fairmont Certificates cannot be used to pay for any incidentals, such as parking, service charges, other taxes or other expenses. Fairmont Certificates may not be valid where restricted by law. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of Fairmont Certificates is the recipient's responsibility.

American Airlines;

A minimum of 21 days advance booking is required as is a Saturday night stay.  Travel is available from any of the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to San Jose, Costa Rica subject to availability. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The certificates will have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all reservations are subject to availability. The following blackout dates apply: 2012: Jan 1-2; Feb 17-20; Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23-25; Apr 6-9; May 25-28; Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8; Nov 16-21, 24-26; Dec 21-24, Dec 28-31. 2013: Jan 1-2; Feb 15-18; Mar 8-11, 15-17, 22-24; Mar 29- Apr 1; May 24-27; Jul 3-7; Aug 30-Sep 2; Nov 22-27; Nov 30-Dec 2; Dec 20-23, 27-31. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included in this package. Travel is valid 12 months from date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All packages have a no refund policy. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates.

Delivery

Your travel package will be sent to you via a signature-required mail. Please allow 30 days for your package(s) to be delivered from the time payment is received. All packages will include instructions so the winning bidder will have no problem self-booking at their convenience. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable.
