Dulcy Wolverton is a Denver Academy parent and a Radiologist who specializes in mammography. She satisfies her artistic side by creating beautiful photos. A quote by Dulcy: "I use mammography film, which has very high spatial resolution (needed for visualizing microcalcifications on mammograms) to take X-Rays of flowers. I scan those films into my computer using a high-resolution scanner. I then use photoshop to turn the black and white images into a recreation of what the flowers might have actually looked like using color."
